Time is not with the end user to have a FIX

.
.Just finished a call to AOL about the speed etc, they issued a ticket will Bell.
Bell Tech rep called, "line meets all spec's" Suggest the problem is down-line



The end user's access to the internet/web can not be counted on, especially when  The DSL line
provider will not take the time to monitor the line on a timely bases. All the in-house equipment has been proven not to be the source.

I have two Bell Lines, but only one is active ( for DSL  and the   phone ID141685118) connection.
What about making the inactive line a DSL connection.  (Bell #157659595)
Then maybe all the problems will go away!




Even trying to upload this graft, it took four try's , the delay of over two minutes.
